On the sacred day of Sudh Pancham ( ), Chehar Maa is offered the Prasadam of Sukhadi. It's a sacred and delicious sweet made up of Ghee and Jaggery.
SUKHADI (FOR 3 TO 4 PERSONS)

Wheat Flour
250gms

Ghee
250gms

Jaggery
200gms
METHOD
1.
In a Pan heat the Ghee and add wheat flour and bake it till it becomes light pinkish

Take the above mixture out of burner and add the spreading (or in small peaces/powder form) of Jaggery in the mixture and mix it well.
3.
Spread the mixture in a plate coated with a thin layer of ghee and spread it uniformly (you can use the back side of a steel bowl to make it flat and uniform).
4.
Immediately cut and make small pieces. The SUKHADI is ready !
